Beef stew(Not homemade) 7/10 Tummy is happy. Had some nice bread with it and I'm not much of a bread eater

I started a beef roast at low heat in the oven this morning. About a 4 hour cook time. With celery, onions, wine, stock, seasonings, and a bit of diced carrot. Moving away from using the slow cooker and more so cast iron these days. It comes out better.

Some left over beef pot roast with a creamed celery and onion based gravy. Baked potato. Can of Coke.

So tempted to order pizza but I will wait until tomorrow
