Had a 8 oz steak(close to done FFS idiots. Like some blood.)fries, onion rings at Montana's. Wanted to try the ribs but my tummy was so full. Ugh

Did one of my favourites. Salmon and leek mornay with peas and new potatoes. Got a good supply of Steaks so will be having this 2 or 3 times a week. Damn i love sea critters.

Those veggies look great. Haven't been overcooked and made mushy.

That's how they do it. Other than the Beet garnish, they don't fully cook the vegetables.
