You know. All those corrupt "contracts" that were being handed out for things like DEI initiatives in Serbia and things like that. The contract awardee - in the Serbia case for $140 Million dollars - would then hire subcontractors, or "pass throughs," who would then in turn hire yet more pass through sub contractors, all taking 70 to 80% of the pass through funds as "overhead," until eventually some guy in Belgrade would rent a storefront on some back street and hire a couple old ladies to sit there all day doing nothing ...
... and all for only $140 Million US taxpayer dollars.
That's a real case and that's the kind of corruption you Lefties think should never have been exposed by Elon Musk.
