Larry, I apologize for any insensitivity I might have displayed.
. I just got so freekin excited and somewhat in disbelief thinking that for certain a valiant comeback had fallen short. Then WTF!, the steal, the pass to Caraban, he's got to let er fly, but NOOO he dishes to Mullins who launches to string music. OMG!
As a Cat's fan, I can tell you how easy it id to hate on Danny H, but he does get his player up, rev'd and behind him. This is not a particularly talented UConn team (they might easily loose to @Reggie_Essent 's Fruiting Illini's), and yet they still willed their way to the FINAL FOUR. Must say here that Reed Jr is a monster. That Boozer kid on Duke is very good but Reed had the better of him if only by a little. Hard not to like a kid called Boozer though. He's a talent - his bro too.

Michigan looks too good when they are well oiled. They play their A game and no one comes close - said that all year.

Been thinking, maybe combine the ACC, Big East, and SEC and play the Big 22 as a 64 team tourney. Fuck them lessers. Actually, I think the Big 22 is ridiculous. I saw 7 tourney teams, they got 11 in. That's like...fuck that.
How about conferences topping out at 12 teams or so.

GET THE MONEY OUT !!!!

Well. That's it for the ACC. Duke has been the IT factor for the last 5 years. North Carolina is a mess. The expansion teams from the west and Big East isn't helping the ACC in football or basktball.

Normally I'd post TL, DR, but you raise a good point about how the major conferences could conceivably break away from the NCAA and create a mega conference of coast to coast presence. I do think they should take the better schools for both basketball and football from the Big Ten, ACC, SEC, Big 12, and Big East which should comprise about 32-34 teams and let them no longer be under NCAA control which I think will be far more entertaining.

.. Okay, so I never bet. Not sure what the lines are today and though I hate to go against a team that has defied all reasonable expectation, even so - I'd give UConn 2.5 pts and still go with Illinois. (hate to bet against Reed Jr. - Kid is very willful) I will root for UConn though.
Michigan is so far the superior of any team I've seen when on their A game I think if they bring it they win by anywhere from 7 to 30 pts. Of course if opposing coach has good plan to slow down the ball all can change.
..Personally I would go man to man against them. Zone rotations can not keep up with Mich ball movement which is faster than any I have ever seen. Kids gotta shoot, kids gotta score though.
I have Mich going all the way. At -5.5 they are a good bet.

Okay - UConn brought their A game and went wire to wire. Bravo Huskies !

.. Michigan is cruising in overdrive as anticipated. Sets up what might be an interesting....or very uninteresting finale. Again, hard to go against a team that has continued to exceed all reasonable expectations, but Michigan is a meatgrinder.

Yep, the Wolverines put on a clinic last night. For us Fighting Irish fans it's definitely not fun TV viewing.

Is it time yet? :Popcorn4:

Half time, what I'm understanding so far:

The refs have been told there is extra cash in it for them if Michigan wins...
therefor - BULLSHIT CALLS against UConn.

Also, prediction...Michigan will not score 90.

Okay - that's it, I've had it with this pussyball ref shit !!

I gotta say it, I just got ta say it...

....FUCK YOU REFS ya pussies. Yer fuckin up the game !

13 pt advantage from the line in a 6 point win.

Good as they are, Michigan is a .500 team in the Big East where pussyball is not played.
They, like all Big 22 teams, could not last a season in big boy Big East basketball,

...and that....is all.

PS: FUCK YOU REFS !

So your favorite nigger kids didn't win then?
I'm not answering that, Reggie. I'm not answering any of your questions.
It's past 8'Oclock. Time for a nice movie.

Last night I watched one called Torture Garden.
One of the actors, I could not recall his name then it came to me ...Jack Palance.
Burgess Meredith was very good and Pete Cushing excellent in his segment.

Bevetrly Adams was in it. She looked good, you'd like her, although she's 80 now so....
