I just realized we never got a best poaster thread for September and that's probably a major reason this one's still going. Like hermit crabs that need to find a new shell before they can leave the old one we need a new thread to which we can move our shitpoasting before we can abandon this one.

Unfortunately, if the whiny Bastard of the month thread is any indication, these things tend not to actually be recurring; they're only titled to *look* like they *might* be recurring. I suppose that's meant to be a marketing tactic or something.

Anyway... long story short this is the thread and it's the only thread of its kind and therefore it will continue to accrue poasts long after any relevance to the thread title is lost in the mists of time flown.
