TRUMP OFFERS RED-CARD AMNESTY TO COUNTRIES THAT ADOPT TRUMP CRYPTO
WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump announced Tuesday that foreign governments may now have red cards waived, player suspensions shortened and unfavorable FIFA rulings reconsidered if they purchase an “appropriate amount” of Trump Crypto.
The amount was not publicly defined, though White House officials said it would be determined by the seriousness of the foul, the importance of the match and the current market price of Trump Crypto at the moment the appeal is filed.
“This is not corruption,” Trump said. “It is a modern, blockchain-based disciplinary system.”
Countries seeking broader protection may qualify for FIFA’s new Preferred Partner Program by moving all or part of their central-bank reserves into Trump Crypto.
Under the program, participating nations receive faster appeals, reduced suspensions and one complimentary VAR reversal per tournament.
A country that moves its entire central bank onto the Trump Crypto platform may also receive immunity from handball calls inside its own penalty area.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino said the arrangement would improve transparency.
“In the past, nobody understood why certain decisions were reversed,” Infantino explained. “Now the public will be able to see the transaction on the blockchain.”
The White House released a preliminary pricing structure showing that a routine second yellow card could be resolved through a modest token purchase, while a straight red for violent conduct would require a larger national commitment.
Assaulting a referee would remain a serious offense unless the offending country agreed to recognize Trump Crypto as legal tender.
Several smaller nations immediately expressed concern that wealthier countries would be able to purchase better treatment.
Administration officials rejected the criticism, noting that every country has an equal opportunity to liquidate its pension system and buy Trump Crypto.
“This is about fairness,” one official said. “The same price applies to everybody, adjusted for GDP, diplomatic loyalty and how badly the president wants their team to advance.”
Trump said nations unwilling to participate would remain free to use FIFA’s traditional appeals process, which now consists of submitting paperwork to a committee whose members have already purchased Trump Crypto.
Treasury officials were reportedly surprised by the proposal, particularly the provision encouraging foreign central banks to abandon their national currencies.
Trump dismissed those concerns.
“Central banks have been doing currencies wrong for hundreds of years,” he said. “They use boring money. We have exciting money.”
One European government asked whether buying Trump Crypto would guarantee victory.
The White House clarified that victory could not be guaranteed.
It could, however, be strongly encouraged through favorable officiating, disciplinary flexibility and the unexplained addition of 14 minutes of stoppage time.
Infantino emphasized that FIFA remained independent.
“No one is buying outcomes,” he said. “They are merely purchasing access to a more favorable range of possible outcomes.”
The FIFA ethics committee announced it would review the program as soon as its members completed the required Trump Crypto wallet verification.
