I need to read up a little on this Joe guy. He seems to really piss people off and I haven't quite sorted out why yet.

It's not like he's some drooling misfit with the retention capabilities of a gold fish. Someone like @Admin. for instance, who'll eagerly chase every new post on forum down with intent to hump like some wild rabid animal chasing cars on a freeway.
