I'm thinking she thrives on negative attention due to deeper issues, perhaps childhood abuse that was never resolved so she relives it in a less harmful way in the hopes that she will ultimately purge it from her mind.

I mean, who hangs out on a forum all day acting all tough and engaging in verbal battles with members while secretly reporting them hundreds of times over a 3 month period?

There's no other explanation at this time. It's an interesting study of dysfunctional human psychology.
