Now I do not know about the rest of you, but I find it very difficult to do 50 pushups.
A pushup means your body is straight (men place their toes on the ground, women place their knees), and the arms go from fully extended to bending far enough that the chest touches or comes within an inch of the ground, and then back to fully extended and repeat.
I think @Jack is lying again.
I invite @Jack to post a video of himself doing 50 pushups. If he does this and it is verified to be him, then I will proclaim @Jack to be the
Fitness Champion of Flametown.
I also do a set of calisthenics every other day. 50 pushups, 120 situps and some planks, both back and sides for 30 seconds a side.
