It was close between Freud and Flea.

Both have had huge presences. I guess the deciding factor was that Flea owned her own forum before the spastic pig gave the shit away. She's pretty funny too, such a wicked tongue on her. Flea's improved such a great deal over the years as well, so Ido think she is deserving as anybody of this award.
