What's for Dinner Tonight?

Last time Im using the broth from the pulled pork, still a bit of pork left over in it so Ill be cooking some sausages in the airfryer, then into the broth after they are crispy, dice em up a bit and put em on some deep fried potato wedges sprinkled cheese curd(brazoo style) and some of the heated sauce on top to melt the cheese..
 
I did a big pot of it, pulled meat style........... very tender and flavorsome. It was my biggest bestest pulled meat endeavor ever! I noticed my wife eating from my secret cast iron garden early on, then saw her still there 35 minutes later scooping and cupping my meat in her mouth.

That's when you know your meats are good... 35 minutes of constant sucking....
 
Fried chicken is all I have figured out so far. I'm trying to decide if I want mashed taters or yellow rice. If I make the yellow rice, I'll put some chopped spinach in it.
 
I have not been reporting my meals lately.

My wife is wondering why I have not been taking pictures of her culinary creations.

She suspects that I am seeing a chef behind her back.
