That is acceptable to the Prosecution. Attorney General @Flynn should make the poll. That way all the citizens of BF will get a say in @jack 's conviction - er, I mean fair trial.

Hold on there, Attorney General Flynn. President Garraty needs to appoint a Judge, or claim the position himself. (I think Garraty would be a fine and unbiased Judge.) Then a Jury would need to be chosen. I would suggest a Jury of three good BF citizens since our community is rather smallish, and we have to make sure that the Jury is comprised of BF citizens who think @jack is a total assbag. That will make my job as Prosecutor so much easier.

Xypoo, of course, can make his juror suggestions for the Defense, but we'll just get Judge Garraty to override any of his suggestions with a nice bribe of coffee beans.

I think we can safely assume Garraty will be the presiding judge.

As for a jury, I'm open to whatever you guys decide unless there's a clear conflict of interest...i.e..Alticus/Alfred on the jury.
