To show everything wrong with the left. And why none of us fucking trust them

Of course there is still the huge issue of.....what exactly were landlords supposed to do about everything they owe the banks, because regardless of leftists thinking only wealthy corporations rent out properties.....reality says otherwise.

So what were all those landlords supposed to do? Go die? Go fuck off a cliff?

Anyway this just shows how unbelievably fake, dishonest, poorly thought out democrats and the progs really are. And how their voters just keep voting for, and defending them.....while attacking all the wrong people.

Jimmy needs to understand that all the left voters need is something that makes them feel good. Even if its bullshit. Even if its harmful. If they can twist it into demonizing half the people in the country.....even better.

That's really it.

Smh. Poor Jimmy. He wants change. He is eventually going to be labled a far/alt right person. Eventually. Anyone who doesnt like the blatant and never ending bullshit these politicains pull or repeats their lies about the "other side"(because there hasnt been ONE truthful accusation) is a partisan hack. He certainly wont be the first actual lefty to be tossed into our side of the pool lol

Why.....WHY do you guys defend these shit bags and come at US? Its gotta be the effects of this propaganda. He says if you can watch that and still tell people to vote democrats, you deserve the shit government you get.

This was never anything more than manufactured division again. Partisan bullshit. They used a situation to their show boating advantage.

I had to evict my renter. I evicted him more than a year ago. This is after I reduced the rent, for 3 months. Covid issues, played a part too. I don’t have a mortgage so that wasn’t an issue. It’s really a cool little cottage with A/C, cable, full kitchen. The utilities are very expensive here, and I was paying for them. He rode his bike by yesterday, and begged me to let him back, as there are fewer and fewer places available. For now, I think I’ll pass. Do you think I’m an ass Dovey?

Not at all. It's your property. I'm sure you had a valid reason to evict him and you didnt just wake up one morning in the mood to fuck with your renter for the hell of it and also lose the income you got for renting. You reduced rent and said the utilities were expensive....and you were paying them. You shouldnt be forced to pay someone's utilities.

Why would I think you are an ass for that? Unless you went outside your agreement with guy and just fucked him over, you are not an ass for that.

My position on this is in favor of landlords. Most are just regular people who now owe banks thousands they cant afford. Stopping evictions wont stop foreclosures and bankruptcies. And its unconstitutional. And the reality is all these people received stimulus payments and unemployment....so.....why didnt they pay their rent?

This is more about these elected officials using situations to create propaganda and people falling for it. You see how they lie and put on a show? This is exactly why I dont trust these politicians. And instead of them being held accountable, people go after other people from other parties when we point out they are full of shit.

I felt bad about it. The other thing is, the guy is a 50 yo Peter Pan. A life long surfer who never had a real job. He worked as a bar tender, and waiter here and there. With covid, that whole scene disappearEd. My old gf, really disliked him, and encourage me to evict him. Thanks for your words Dovey.

Dont feel bad at all. It's your property. That guy didnt feel bad having you pay expensive utilities, did he?

At 50 years old? You were likely dealing with someone who is a professional when it comes to taking advantage of soft hearted people.

My brother rented his house out and they tore the place apart and stole a bunch of shit. They didn't pay him rent for months so he finally kicked them out and I guess that's why they trashed the place. That's why I'll never rent my place. Seems like too much a hassle.

We have talked about renting this place out after fixing it up and... nah lol.

I dont want to deal with shitty people ruining my work and I would probably get taken advantage of because I can be a softy.

This guy treated my property with respect. That was never the issue. On the other hand, you’re right is always a hassle.

I kinda wanna know why now.....but I know asking that is so rude and it's none of my or anyones business at all.

BUT if youd like to say why, I would like to read it lol.

But if you dont want to that's perfectly fine and respected.

Was it the utilities? Because that would make me evict someone as well.

Normally, this is the point where I would club you about the face and neck, however:

You are fully within your right to evict someone for non payment. I've no doubt that its a burden to house someone on your own dime. After all, you still have all the related bills. I personally believe you already went above and beyond by working with the renter....something you werent obligated to do. I wouldnt even be surprised if you felt badly about having to evict him and even turn him down. Dont let him back in unless he has loads of cash to give you up front.
