If someone has a good GP, who is intimately familiar with their medical history, you gotta talk to them.

My mom has a heart condition (mitro valve prolapse) so obviously we didnt get the vaccine until she talked to her doctor. And that's where we got the advice to go with J&J. (Pfizer was swelling hearts). Plus we found out it was better against variants.

Yep, so I have MVP too as you know. My cardiologist gave me a list of various foods that are preferable for a strong healthy heart etc. I am extremely fit, so basically just have to live healthy. But having this predisposition to blood clotting, my decision for my own health was not to do any vaccines at all. The fact that I never suffer from any colds or flu and have O + type blood, tells me that Covid-19 won’t have a good time in the mighty BREAKFALL!!!
