I just bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses a few days back and that's when I said, that's it, I'm really taking care of these. I lost a pair of Maui Jim's a few months ago. In all fairness, they were a xmas gift and would fall off my face if I leaned over or off the top of my head. I was constantly picking them up. I guess they must have fallen off my head and made a soft landing and I didn't realize it until it was way too late.

Losing them gets expensive after awhile.

To be honest, I think being skeptical of the government goes back to the Bush administration, at the very least, if it wasn't Nixon before him and even Johnson before Nixon. I think things changed exponentially with immediate access to information at our fingertips for sure though.

These are the good years. I hate the reading glasses part though. And the grey hairs in my beard grow twice the length as the others!

I am constantly misplacing reading glasses. Fuck, I'm going to have to put on those old lady reading glass cords or something. I'm getting my greys colored. I started off greying at my temples, now they're starting to show up on top of my head.

With all due respect, I think you and many people put a little too much faith in their doctors. Some of us are highly intelligent people here. Doctors (General Practitioners) aren’t specialists in what we necessarily require. Sure they can refer you to cardiologists, haematologists, neurologists etc, but that direction needs to also come from us. I have done my research and I know exactly what is best for me. I have done a full medical under my own advice. I have done my blood work. I have gone to a cardiologist. And my findings tell me the vaccine isn’t for me.

We’re adults, learn to think like adults and not children. This is not up to a General Practitioner himself to tell us what is best for us. Research your family history and any medical issues. Use your brain and absorb information like a sponge. Own books on medicine, never stop learning...own your life!

Would you believe me if I told you that I don’t have a doctor Oerdin?
I usually stitch myself up when I require sutures, except areas where I can’t reach, such as my eyebrow. I found trying to do the sutures via the mirror to be cumbersome, and besides I could see bone that time. I never get ill and I generally go for X-rays if I feel I may have a broken bone. I usually set the broken bone myself though. I will use any doctor for a referral that I feel I require, although I have gone direct and often cut out the “middleman”...hospitals are useful in this regard.
