So Scotini and I would message through the day. And I went to send him a meme, and accidently sent that picture (the pics were next to eachother. It was FB messenger). It was a total accident. And he laughed....but I just kinda ignored it and kept with the convo about other stuff.

Its important to note that there was no PHI(protected health info) anywhere in the pic. Thusly it was not a HIPAA issue. It was a cell phone policy issue.

Now fast forward a month and a half and we having that episode about the Switch. And he was threatening to do something if I didnt do what he wanted. Which was pay to get his Switch out of pawn and ship it to him immediately. So he started with ultimatums....he basically sabotaged himself. He was so off the bean rude, demanding and entitled that I decided I wasnt sending to him. I sent it directly back to the kid it belonged to.

So for "revenge", he must have remembered that pic and decided to report this to my job.

So I get sent home and my job does this investigation. I told my DON everything and showed her what happened. The investigation took nearly a week. So after a week they decided to suspend me for two weeks unpaid for a cell phone violation AND suspended the nurse who was in the pic. Why does he repost pics you've posted hoping it has an effect? I've never understood this mindset from people, some folk think that say reposting a selfie will trigger you or some shit when you wouldn't have posted it in the first place if it bothered you...

It's a projection thing. People who do this or go for PI are people who are impacted and invested in how they want people to see them.

Cluster B inflicted people have very deep shame about themselves.

So they project that shame onto other people.

It doesn't make sense to me...

Because you dont have deep shame about yourself and you are not invested in some "image" and trying to control how other people view you.

So it's easier for you to have common sense boundaries. Them? Not so much.

Of course I'm talking about people who use pictures and PI without consent as ammo.

lol I'm quite happy with my looks, sometimes I look good in pics sometimes I don't but the way I see it is that it could be worse a whole lot worse... Do you think a picture of someone is PI? To me, the only thing that should be considered PI is a name and address or bank details lol...

And yeah PI is personal identifying info like addresses and numbers....socail media pages.
