Let's make a Pool, which US State will be the first to prosecute a woman for having a miscarry?

"Having a miscarry"?

Are you really this fucking stupid?

So because YOU people are stupid, doctor and nurses must be equally stupid and no one knows the difference between abortion and miscarriage.

So how MUCH medical science do you find invalid? Just human development? This dismissal of medical facts extends also to miscarriages?

How long have you people been shitting on women who have had miscarriages and still borns by stealing the humanity of their deceased babies and making it the norm to view human life in the uterus as nothing?

You could try to understand what laws are, what they say and how it impacts people in reality instead of all this hysterical lying you people rely on.

Who will now try to reclassify abortions as miscarriages? Liberals.

Lok these people are so willfully uneducated about abortion and pregnancy they really conflate miscarriage with abortion.

To the disgust of women who had miscarriages and grieve.

Pro aborts dont just conflate the two, they degrade women grieving miscarriage and still birth by changing the narrative and saying the women are "grieving the potential life". They try to tell these women their loss wasnt real. Their baby wasnt a "real" human life so they just lost a "possibility". Its really vile and patronizing and factually false.

Ever seen a woman on socail media actually post her deceased baby she lost in miscarriage to PROVE his/her humanity? It's sad and I understand it completely.

Absolutely no one would ever get prosecuted for a miscarriage anywhere. Its basic leftwing hysterics and fear mongering. They completely depend on the ignorance of their supporters.

In NY when they legalized abortion up until the day before delivery and they removed laws that would prosecute men for slipping drugs to pregnant women and killing her baby, or men who murder a pregnant woman being charged with double homicide.....these people celebrated.

They dont give a shit about women or what happens to women. They pretend they care in these made up scenarios that arent going to happen.

This line of logic is just total manipulation. We either allow abortions until the first birthday or women will die or go prison for miscarriage. This is how they try to rile up their base. They only want abortion to be federal because they dont want proper separation of powers. They KNOW a lot of people are more pro life than pro choice and the vast majority of Americans want abortion at least restricted. This loses money for that industry and the money that flows into politcs....so they rile their base with mindless bumper sticker slogans and hysterical nonissues and blatant lies.

Is that the new prison garb now that democrats are forcing women to share cells with male rapists?

Since rape is okay now as long as the rapist self identifies as a woman? Since you guys all ignore that now.

Is that a picture of the transactivists in VA who attacked a 14 year old girl because her father took her to have a rape kit done when a boy in a skirt raped her anally? Perhaps that was the school board who sent the rapist boy in a skirt to another school in the district where he assaulted another girl?

Or are those the new sports uniforms?

Or.....maybe that was before crashing the Wi Spa protest to use intimidation and violence against women who were protesting sex predators showing little girls their dicks in female spaces?

Are these the women who couldnt get funded to get their breast reductions because its "cosmetic" but instead the money paid for a man to get a boob job?

But yeah yanno.....since all these men just want women to spit out children and they LOVE having to pay child support and be saddled with babies... leaving abortion laws up to the states and thusly giving ALL women a voice on this and a place in the convo totally makes this the handmaids tale.

Because removing our sex based rights, ignoring rape and abuse and redefining what a woman is (what are womens rights Admin.....when woman cannot be clearly defined?) Isnt making us handmaids at all. Letting men have our spaces, awards, sports, them appropriating us and using their male priviledge and power to force their way into a new "womanhood" isnt hurting us and removing our rights at all.

Seems too extreme.

I thought new laws like they have in Texas would lead to this.

Well duh, now other states are making even more extreme laws. Then the loons will start taking away birth control. Bookmark it.

It could lead to a rash of suicides and botched abortions performed in alleys.

When the laws are too extreme, people get desperate and act in irrational ways.

so the laws which are intended to protect life may actually end up destroying it.

There are statistical studies indicating ease of access to abortion, lowers key crime indices over time.

Ever heard of that case where this woman was hooked on meth, her and her husband....and she got pregnant, carried and killed 6 or 7 of her babies and put the bodies in the garage?

I think she was sentenced to life in prison. Was that extreme?

Are you aware that we are talking about ending a human life?

I spent 5 years in a life skills program with a bunch of women who were recovering from drug addictions.

One woman I ended up making friends with was a woman younger than me. She was also newly married and her and her husband had a baby when they arrived. (Like me and my husband did.....they got married there after a shit ton of counseling)

She ended up pregnant again. So she has two little boys under the age of 3.

They ended up being placed in the upper level of the duplex(?) my husband and I were living with our kids. They were placed above my husband and I because the counselors thought we would be a positive influence on them.

Well she got pregnant again at the same time I got pregnant with my last daughter. I actually found out I was pregnant by taking one of her pregnancy tests for fun. When that shit came back positive, I panicked and took like ten more. We had just decided we were NOT going to do the baby thing and we had scheduled his vasectomy. Welp.

So anyway, my husband and I began preparing for a baby. And the couple above us decided to relapse. Yes while she was pregnant, they relapsed. We could tell something was going on and suspected it. One night when I was in my 7th month of pregnancy we were laying on the couch watching TV when we noticed police outside our house and a bunch of people in the yard.

Turns out, the couple above us decided to sell the washer and dryer from the apartment to some random sweet older couple and were caught somehow during this transaction. So there was all this drama outside. It was like 10pm. They were told they either had to leave or go into detox. So the left. CPS was called and their sons were taken and went to live with their fathers mother.

So instead of stopping they just kept using. And their daughter was born early, completely addicted to heroin with global brain damage. This baby could not even suck to eat. It was the saddest most disturbing thing I've ever seen (because yes....the father called us over this and we were pretty involved with this couple).

I have no idea where this little girl is today or how she is. I had to completely severe communications with these people. They are the reason I'm very selective the rare times I ever mentor anyone in recovery. The mother had taken off shortly after this babies birth without any of her children.

And she belongs in prison for the horrific damage she inflicted on this poor baby. What she did was child abuse. Because of her this child is damaged and disabled for the rest of her life.

Explain why it's okay to maim, abuse or brutally kill a human being when they are at their most vulnerable stages of life? These are human beings. They are not property or objects.

You know.....not everyone is so calloused towards human life that we agree it's okay to brutalize another human just because they are small and helpless. Js.

I remember there was a woman in Texas who did something like that. She was from some religious background. Respectable. A Nurse. Not ghetto. White. Had 5 kids. But her husband kept making her pregnant. She became depressed and unhinged then killed her kids. But if I remember correctly she was acquitted because of her mental state/condition.

There's also this issue of husbands who want their wives to be baby machines til they flip out like that. Cant they see when the wife has had it?

You way over simplified Andrea Yates. She had post partum psychosis and wasnt even fit to stand trial.

Her disgusting husband should have been charged with manslaughter for each childs death.

Most people do not do what Yates husband did, Joe. Her doctors were literally screaming at him that she needed immediate care and not to be alone with the kids.

100 percent. The remains told the story......as remains almost always do.

They even know that one of the babies was a still born. So really she gave birth to 7, 1 was still born and the other 6 she strangled. And she never told anyone she was even pregnant.

It's a wild story for sure.

Not that her husband was blameless, but I think he felt somewhat responsible for what happened afterwards.

I've often noticed that whenever a woman is expected to have too many children they become angry and resentful later in life. Especially towards their husbands. Sometimes they just can't handle it & go beserk like that.

Guy who does that to his wife risks putting her into an early grave.
