I have now officially seen everything.

People arguing over whether or not they own snowmobiles.

Fucking hell.

Some people want warmth in the winter.

So what?

They can live their lives as they want.

I park my car in the garage in the winter. So what?

Do you have a car as nice as a 2023 Corvette? Does this all stem from the fact that you are jealous about my car?

Petty jealousy?

Are you sure your Vette isn’t parked at the local dealership? Strange that it changed from white to blue. I have a Honda Quad here, I ride every day. Snow mobiles and snow isn’t my cup of tea.

Riding snowmobiles is a riot.

You can do it in California too. Most people in California just have to drive several hours to ride some under-powered rental and they never get good enough at it to really get the rush.

But, hey, they can lay in the sun all day. Exciting stuff.

Only responding to what you posted.

What I posted...

So where I said "My car is similar but it has the rear spoiler because I have the Z51 package." you could not figure out that I was posting some pictures of the C8 that showed the angles I was talking about?

Or the fact that those pictures link to a site called topgear.com did not clue you in to the fact that the blue one was not my car...?

Here is the post I made: https://bastardfactory.net/threads/what-do-you-drive.2646/page-4#post-698113

Anyone who is not half-retarded could figure out what car is mine and what car was from online photos that I posted to give an idea of the angles of the car after I said I did not have any good pictures of mine own car.

Or the fact that she cannot fit in a Corette even if one were gifted to her.

I'm one of the first that congratulated on your car if you recall. I wouldn't want a car I have to put away for half of a year, the cost of the car wouldn't matter.

You're always reading people wrong, I notice.

Admin brought my car up for no reason in this thread with a question, and I politely replied.

Then you started with the "California is so great we do not have to put our cars away!"

Why would you feel a need to criticize where I live?

But since you did....

I pointed out that I have many more activities that I can enjoy close by due to the variety of weather. Yeah, it is cold here for 3 months or so. But that affords us the opportunity to do winter activities that most people in California have to travel far to enjoy.

I also pointed out that I will be driving my Corvette for over 7 months of the year, so it really a negative attitude to focus on the under 5 months of the year when it is stored.

It is just a weird and negative attitude to constantly feel a need to save "I would not want to do what you do" or "have what you have".

If you feel a need to compare/compete, I will compare/compete. But right now company is here so I gotta go.

All I said was that California was sunny. It was lighthearted. It wasn't about going to war. That was on you. You chose to escalate. And you don't necessarily have a lot more activities that you can enjoy compared to people in the US. That's just untrue.

I don't care about your life. As far as I know you live the life you want. I have no issue with it. It doesn't reflect on mine. You took it very seriously for a nothing burger.

Shows you how she really feels about her fellow libtards in NY and Massachusetts. These libtards never miss an opportunity to show you what they really are.

It was lighthearted.
And I replied with a lighthearted jab about earthquakes and rampant crime in California.

We certainly have easy access to winter activities that the vast majority of Californians do not have easy access to.

We get spring, summer, fall, and winter and they are all very unique. Much more diversity of weather than any one place in California.

If I want to go downhill skiing, it is a 10-15 minute drive. If I want to go cross country skiing, it is in the forest across my street. Can you say the same?

It didn't come across as light hearted. It came across as a fuck you. You see, earthquakes kill people. Not that funny.

No, I can't say that about snow. We don't have lots of snow close by. We, and the 40 million people that have come here see that as a PLUS.

In that case, I can see why you would be overly-sensitive about earthquakes. For me it is the property damage that stands out and I enjoy knowing that I live in an area of the world where earthquakes are not a concern.

And most people where I live enjoy winter activities.

Although I will say that a week or two of warm weather somewhere between mid-January and early February is nice to break up the winter.

It is so weird to me to always talk about the weather, though. I belong to a hockey league in my area. I belong to a referees association in my area. I play and officiate baseball. I play music with 4 different acts from duets to a full-blown rock band. I have been a volunteer at the local SPCA for about 20 years. I am part of a camping group. I have a number of groups of friends who I have games nights (and afternoons) with.

I mean, weather is such a small factor in so many of the activities that I enjoy. Even on a day with perfect weather, it is only as good or bad as I make it. Sitting around on the beach all day, like Murdock the burned crab, would be a waste of my time.
