Just found one of those here in a bag of soil! Their telltale signal is when they raise their front legs to prepare to jump and bite you. They're considered one of the most venomous spiders.

They're not the most common type here, but they do show up this time of the year, looking for a warmer place to spend winter

Might as well keep it as a pet lulz
