I see what you are saying. I know it's crappy to bash on someone's kids, I know because I've done it. I'm not proud of it, I was a weak bitch by falling into my own insecurities, that's my problem and no one else's.

On the other hand, like Martini stated, it's just words and can do nothing to hurt the children and have no bearing on their future growth. Do I think children should be used as flame fodder? Absolutely not. Will people do it? Yes. So I guess it just depends on whether you let it get to you. Though, bringing up children is about as low as you can get.

It's unfortunate that forums lose people over such things. I guess it's human nature to want to hurt people, no matter the cost.

But I do have an eye for details, it's an OCD thing. When a poster such as @Lily makes a comment that she knows of dozens if not hundreds of posters who have been run off of forums because they were trolled using their children, I have this compulsion to call her out on it.
