Harlem Congressman Charlie Rangel, Korean War vet, Purple Heart, Bronze Star, dead at 94 years old. Every year he introduced legislation to resume the Selective Service Draft. It failed every time. Why? His bill did not allow 'Rich kid' deferments. It appears our Congress is fine with sending YOU and your kids to war- but not theirs.
