Because human bodies were not designed to eat regularly every day. We need periods of no food. Intermittent fasting is a way to do that. It reduces inflammation, which is why I first started doing it. It works. I eat 2 meals a day, both within 6-8 hours. It's amazing. Really easy to do after you get used to it.

It really doesn't take any will power at all. I've been doing it almost 2 years. It's become a way of life. I don't get hungry anymore, at all.
