I've always enjoyed Auckland airport for the smoking rooms and/or chain linked fences out a side door of the international concourse....

NZ does a nice touch on that.... probably because people are craving furious after nearly a day, and it's just cheaper to let people chain smoke without going through customs and baggage checks.

I went skiing every Wednesday in high school and we were off our face by the time the school bus arrived. Then we buried bottles of vodka at the top of the mountain under snow and kept taking risks on black diamond trails....while topping up. I've never bled so much from jumping in the air, skidding, or breaking my nose repeatedly... but it was hella fun.

Neither could I.... at least downhill. But I was really good at cross country skiing on the back 60 acres with no torch at 3 am, only moonlight...
