Does Reggie really not understand the difference between acquiring and having the production capabilities? If you wanted to use a nuclear weapon, there are ways a nation can acquire them. Production capabilities would be useful in terms of a deterrent to other nations wanting to invade. If Iran truly wanted to nuke anyone, they could have already.
