Creamy coconut cream or milk, a buttload of spices, and a meat protein with assorted vegetables drowning out the rice. Thai curries rock.

Look up Maesri curry paste in a can from Thailand. It's exported to many nations and it's cheap, sits on a shelf to you want it, and tasty.
