Coffee -- out of creamer, so using Swiss Mix hot chocolate mix to sweeten things a bit. Ham & eggs from the Nostalgia breakfast station.

Thinking of replacing the Nostalgia breakfast station with a Cuisinart 3-in-1 Microwave/Air Fryer/Convection oven.

Due diligence first, of course, but if I can grill burger patties in it, toast the buns, AND get a little melty cheese action, all in the same appliance, could be well worth the $350-ish they charge for it.

our apt is tiny, but we have a fully equipped kitchen. We can make almost anything, and we both love cooking

One thing I'm looking forward to making is an at-home Sourdough Jack. Favorite sandwich from Jack In The Box -- there are not JITB's on the Rim, just like there were none in the Mid. So I learned to make my own. Take some Thousand Island, add a squirt of Dijon mustard, a squirt of Sriracha, and mix. Toast two slices of sourdough with a pat of butter. Grill two patties, melt a slice of Pepperjack over each. Et voila.
