I honestly think his mortgage was cheaper before he moved into the apartment, but not by much, it was $3600 for a condo, plus dues. Seattle is expensive as fuck, and climbing very quickly. His condo when he bought it was $750,000, and when he sold it it sold for $1,000,000.
