It’s grilled sourdough bread with a fried egg broken and over so it’s not too runny and he roasts these sliced tomatoes with herbs and a drizzle of EVOO with sliced onion and a sprinkle of cilantro

He also makes this egg mess with crinkled french fries, bell pepper and scrambled eggs that is to die for… but today it’s my other favorite
