I mean, it tastes like good junk food. The diffrence between this kind of thing here and there is that a lot of the artificial stuff is illegal, so they flavor these things with real spices instead of synthetic concoctions. And the flour they use is healthier. But it's still processed junk food.
I mean, yeah, there are condiments here. Mustard, ketchup, mayo, then a lot of aiolis and pestos and pates. One thing they don't sell is salad dressing. Everyone makes their own, and you can buy lots of versions of balsmic from italy. nd cheap.
I hate to tell you, but it's pretty oversaturated. Every other foreigner I meet is doing, well, the yoga and gongs or bowls or whatever. Maybe not as much massage.
