My PC dual boots, so I went into Windows 10

Eventually the big progressed to Epic Store not even starting, it just gave me an update screen and closwe

When I had lost all hope, I decided to try it in VMware

And it worked, so it wasn't my account

Went back to Windows 11 and got into an local account and voila, it installed and worked

Then I switched to the main account and pulled the executable directly as administrator

Windows 7 was great, Windows 10, for me, is where they hit the sweet spot, at least in instabiity

IF MICROSOFT BUILT CARS….. Every time they repainted the lines on the road you would have to buy a new car. Occasionally your car would die on the freeway for no reason, and you would just accept this, restart and drive on.
