After my mom passed I had a couple old friends telling me I need to have a good cry for Mom, I’m not a ‘cryer’ and kind of brushed them off, months later after closing out her house I watched a couple videos of mom deep in her dementia chattering incoherently…that did it I had the tears for my mom and I felt better after.
