One bedroom apartment down the street from where I currently am. Move-in cost was a real hard pinch, and next month will be another, but after that it's only $600/mo. Current place wanted $800/mo for an un-renovated 1950s motel room where three electrical outlets in the whole room are functional. Fuck. That. Noise.

Yep. Some things still need to be put in there, I got it right after the previous tenant left. So they'll put in a brand new refrigerator (guess the last guy bought his own and had the existing one put in storage), and I'll have to furnish it, of course. NBD.
