Sorry for the caps, 1 egg. 3 Portuguese bacon strips, which is like 1 American, and 1 slice of sourdough baguette from the bakery. Snack: 2 handsful of dark chocolate covered peanuts. Meal 2: a salmon filet, a salad, and zucchinni with onions and tomatoes. That's it. And I'm feeling really guilty about the chocolate and bread. I've been doing keto for 3 months and I am sick of it. It's hard for me to watch the people around me eating carbs like normal people.
