Drug Addiction, specifically cocaine. Especially since the members had some issues with drugs (James with Alcohol, Kirk with cocaine, etc), which is where the "Obey your Master", "Chop your breakfast on a mirror", "Twisting your Mind and Smashing your dreams", and "Hell is worth all that lyrics come from. I kinda wish they highlighted this in the background of the MOP music video, with perhaps like Bags of coke or needles
