I'm the lightest sleeper of all time and often miss sleeping a night here and there, sleep meds dont work bar one and i get undesirable side effects so refuse it.

It's true that I feel more tired if I sleep too long. But I'm a stubborn fucker so I often lay there awake for a bit more just in case I fall asleep again.

My natural hours are from 10 am to 2 am. Been that pattern all my life.

@Jack I usually get 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night but I try to avoid sleeping during the day so I can get things done like errands.
