In the late 90's to early 2000's, if somebody sold their shitty LA home for 700k to 1.2 million American dollars, they could come to Australia and buy 3-6 rural homes depending on the acreage. As a consequence, property prices went up 800% percent. Young families have no chance at buying a home without a 30 year mortgage. The LA Leftist cocksuckers started that trend, then the Asians, Indians, and Paki's filed in right after.... living 4 per room in a shared mortgage system.
