I hunt, fish, and am a damn good cook who doesn't have to rely on instructions or recipe books anymore. As a teen, I was horrible at food but not as bad as my wife. So I learned as I went.

Lamb chops do best barbequed on low. Crispy so all the fats and sinewy bits get rendered down.

X we used to get our chicked fresh when I was little. we picked out the one we wanted and the farmer would kill it on the spot and let it run around til it died.

I have 2 lamb legs in the freezer, we'll roast one and barbecue the other
