Im making a pumpkin roll first thing in the morning, to take to my lady friend's bday. She craving it

Also making Earthquake Cake this weekend, its got coconut and crushed pecans on the bottom, German chocolate cake, and cream cheese icing plopped on top, it bakes down into it
