I remember back in the golden days of gaming, I loved playing any games. Fantasy, racing, football, 1st person, etc.

I hate the way a lot of AAA developers and publishers tried to steer focus away from story driven games

and instead tried going hard with the online multiplayer shit

no doubt because its easier for them, not having to create a story with a plot, characters etc

think that approach bit them on the ass tho after the backlash so they had to carry on creating single player campaign modes which is what I enjoy
