I had a can of bean trio, like pinto, brown and black beans mixed together, I did that with mixed vegetables, some onion, fresh garlic, a couple pieces of broccoli and cauilflower, a little sausage, and ketchup

I can't explain how much physically healthier I feel the last month after I switched to eating this for two meals out of the day

a common birthday present to receive in north Korea if your birthday is end of summer/fall/early winter is a pumpkin, which is really nice because that's enough for a family of 4 to eat for about 6 or 7 days
