For the slow fuckers out there, (Hollidumb) the 4th Amendment was written at a time when there was no illegal immigration issues, therefore all your arguments are null and void. There isn't even an amendment pertaining to illegals.

I.C.E. TRY STUPID!
Do you have voting rights? because in 1776....la la la.

Everyone means everyone. Each and every status need not be spelled out.
The Constitution guarantees equal protections, protection again illegal search and seizures etc.

You apparently do not understand that the founding documents allowed for interpretations in a changing society.

...or - fuck your voting rights.
Law allows illegal aliens protections under the law.
Perhaps not always as fully as that of citizens but they have rights also. The end.

There were no immigration laws.

Those rights were established later.

That's exactly what I was saying...thank you for owning yourself and Hollidud.

Unfortunately this extra "clause" for illegals are under the immigration and Nationality Act, that has nothing to the 4th Amendment.

5th amendment says "persons" not "citizens" nor "residents", it says "persons"
14th amendment reinforces

This is settled law, up and until it's AMENDED or the Kangaroo SCOTUS rules otherwise

LoLz - illegal search and seizure does. How do you imagine people are charged?

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

You do not understand how this leads to court action (habeas Corpus), the exceptions having been noted in the links you have been provided with.

Why would we have immigration courts at all if "persons" weren't granted due process?

What does search and seizures have to do with illegals?

NOTHING!

This is very difficult if/then logic for the likes of Flynn.
Where does conflict arise? with the question of status.
Basically it means you can not be disappeared as people were in 30s/40s Germany when their "papers" were taken. Which, btw, is exactly what Flynn had been advocating. People being deported w/o due process.

I'm fine with people being deported provided they have their day in court.

Right, because the 4th Amendment has fuck all to do with illegals.

U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Removal orders are all the process invaders are due. You're lucky they're not summarily executed as enemy combatants.

It's not my luck.

I'm a citizen. It would be a shitshow in this country if the US started murdering illegal aliens.

Guaranteed.

So this no doubt applies to Africanized honey bees and walking catfish?

, the term "invasion" refers to a hostile, armed intrusion into U.S. territory by a foreign power. This section guarantees that the federal government will protect each state from invasion and domestic violence. While the Constitution doesn't explicitly define "invasion," legal scholars and historical context suggest it primarily refers to military aggression by a foreign state.

He's legally blind. I don't think he can read anymore. It's clear comprehension was never part of his skill set to begin with.
