I have an above-ground pool in New Hampshire that gets a lot of pine needles and grit, and I'm tired of vacuuming it by hand every couple of days. I keep eyeing cordless robotic cleaners but I'm not sure they handle the walls and waterline on a vinyl liner without being rough on it. I came across this page while looking around online: . It's just third-party info I found, not something I put together myself. What I can't figure out is whether a cordless unit is worth it for a smaller pool versus just getting a suction-side cleaner, and battery life and climbing ability are my big worries. If you've run a cordless cleaner in a similar setup, how did it hold up over a season?
