I knew it was over for them when my cousin, a hardcore Dem, said we will have a Republican president in 2024.

She must be a smart cookie?

She stans that donkey faced AOC. You figure it out
The majority of Latinos here in Florida love Trump

but that's because we got the smart ones who happen to know a thing or two about how communism infiltrates a functioning society and the disastrous aftermath
Cubans are great people!
Florida should be given back to Cuba. ...IMHO

Cuba has never held Florida.
Not that a moron would have known something like that

Yes. Because Biden fucked everything up.

Biden & the Democrats missed the mark on the Hispanic community. Whereas the needs of the Blacks are politically driven, with Hispanics it's economic. Many have larger families and of course their bigger worry is having enough food on the table & payingthe mortgage/rent.

I find it interesting that you are speaking for Hispanics considering...

Are you claiming that he can't read a poll? Because many of the latest polls show Biden's support among Hispanics is down to 38%.

Boy, are you out of touch.

This was established in 2016 and can be backed up by numerous articles online.

I’m also part of the community here that is 50% Latino… I don’t live in the south counties of this state where denial about this fact is rampant.

I suggest you look at more recent polling. We have 97% Latino districts voting red for the first time in 150 years.

How many districts is that exactly?

I remember reading somewhere that Latinos hate trump

no qualifiers there so a sensible person who understands English would have read that as all Latinos

Hope this helps

It was a special election in a district in the Rio Grande Valley.

Wow, that poll you posted said 24% of Hispanics approve of Biden. Just 24%.

Those numbers are for Hispanics that identify as White, not all Hispanics.

If you read more in the article, you'll see the following:

For those interested in a recent Latino poll that sampled a much larger group of Latino respondents,

interviewed “1,800 interviews of Latino voters” across a few critical swing states, according to Newsweek’s Adrian Carrasquillo.
Those poll findings might have a better indication of where Latinos stand with Biden, although it is a few weeks older than the Quinnipiac poll and it is not a national poll.

“In Arizona, Biden’s approval stands at 50%, with 48% disapproving. In Nevada, the number is 53% approve, 45% disapprove, while in Pennsylvania, Biden is doing well with 62% approval and 34% disapproving,” Carrasquillo wrote. “However, those numbers stand in contrast to Biden’s standing in Florida, which many political observers believe is slipping away from Democrats. There, Biden’s approval stands at just 36%, with a grim 63% of Latinos polled disapproving of the job he is doing as president.”

San Diego leans Dem just like LA. I have no clue what he is talking about... Only 24% of registered voters in California are Republican. When I say south counties, I mean south counties to me… which is everything from Orange County to the Mexican border.

Orange County through North San Diego is where all the wannabe yuppies transplanted in the 90s. You get a solid white community raising the entitled brats element there… and no one wants to work with them. They push gentrification despite being border towns and dominate HOA boards pushing this supremacy agenda.

My ex husband had serious issues with his subordinates who enlisted from that area during his 25+ year career in the Coast Guard. Most of them just wanted to surf and be a total shitbag. My fiancé went into business for himself after the company he had been with for a decade started hiring from that union over the local union here. He was frustrated because they had to be instructed on everything as opposed to the local guys who just did it…. and in management you just get tired of complete waste of time. That company is now on the verge of bankruptcy last he checked about a month ago.

I’m proud we are too set in our left leaning ways here for that type to thrive or stick around TBH. Always have been. It was always the entitled dick at school hyping their move to mission bay…. And everyone else was like BUH~BYEEEEE :GiggleBitch:

..but that's how it is when things are difficult financially whether of whether not the president is cause or cure. Understanding that is something most people aren't either willing or capable of investing time and effort to determine - they just blame the person/party "in charge" at the time.

In the case of Florida Cubans who fled Castro it was simple enough to just cry socialism (witch) in 2020, to tip enough of the non-thinky voters who don't understand the less than subtle differences between communism Castro style, and what is written into our constitution and practiced in all western social-democracies such as ours.

Also, approval of performance isn't the same as preference for party. I had written that the preference for Democratic party vs Republican was ironic given the that hispanics by and large are conservative voters, but because of the immigration stance Repukes have taken, favor has been with the Dems. That will change over a longer course of time.

Yes, a vote for Biden was a vote against Trump for many, if not most Biden voters. It was for me. Watching the hearings these last couple of weeks has only reinforced that I did the right thing.

Not one single bit. I find is disgusting, dehumanizing and degrading.

Same with the Burger King "top" or "bottom" burger. What the fuck?!

How can Joe possibly claim American is finicky about sex? America is obsessed with it. Elementary school students are even getting harrassed with sexual topics.

interviewed “1,800 interviews of Latino voters” across a few critical swing states, according to Newsweek’s Adrian Carrasquillo.
