He endorsed Hillary, campaigned harder for her than she did for herself, and never even tried to make the democrats pay a price for rigging their own primaries. Instead he abandoned the movement that had sprung up around his 2016 bid and has been sheepdogging for the democrats and their warmongering neoliberal agendas ever since. He still gives a good speech if you don't mind hearing the same platitudinous pablum again and again but he's never going to actually fight the status quo.

He didn't endorse Hillary. He was forced out. The endorsement was theater in order for him to stay "viable". Those of us that supported him knew what was really going on and we never forgave dems for it. I never voted for Hillary.
If he had run Trump would have never won 2016. The elites would not allow it.

I don't need links to remind me of those events; I was there and paying attention and remember them quite vividly. Yes CNN, MSNBC, and even NPR jumped on the "bash Bernie" wagon to help prevent him from getting the nomination but then Bernie himself signed off on the fuckery and told people to vote for the democrats anyway.

And that's another problem... house and senate have had abysmal popularity for years (decades?) but the same fuckheads keep getting sent back election after election. The whole "congress sucks but *my* guy/gal is okay" phenomenon is one of the reasons we are where we are today.
