Boob reduction Thread (graphic pics)

I have always had bigger breasts, and they are becoming a hassle with my overall health (slight back issues), and finances (purchasing a bra that is supportive). I'm a 36D and would like to go down to a B cup for medical reasons of course. The guys I've been seeing thinks that I am fine (they've been taught well lol), but they are really bugging me.

I'm 38 and having reduction surgery next month, but I am terrified. They say fear exists because of the unknown.........so I thought I would ask to get some helpful feedback (whether it is negative or positive experiences/info) Ok girls, how painful was it. I received information from the surgeons office and it looks quite frightening.

I'm especially freaked out about the removal of my nipple. I'm not quite sure about where the scare will be, and the brochure confused me. THANKS!!
