It’s just what ever is your favorite meat loaf recipe is. Smoking it in a Weber kettle, or ceramic egg bar be q. I like a mix of hickory and cherry wood chips. Catch the drippings in an aluminum pan and make gravy. Holy fuck. Good eats.
