i never want war, but then I am one of the very few Americans who believe that we are a Republic and not an Empire and that our military assets should have been returned to our shores decades ago. There's no reason for the American taxpayer to be funding a military footprint in over 130 countries around the globe.
That being said, Islamism is an existential threat to Western Civilization and if Jihadis get their hands on nukes, they will not hesitate to use them. The Iranian Mullahs are Jihadis. They cannot get nukes.

When they first moved to the state they were an interesting addition to the area, but they soon started getting creepy and dangerous. They bussed in homeless people to vote in a local election, and in the days before the election they spread flu germs at a local buffet to keep locals from voting while trying to take over local government, they plotted to kill the AG of Oregon, the sane members of the cult had been leaving for a while, the Bagwan left in the middle of the night the commune soon fizzled out after that.

Thing is @Reggie_Essent even it was still the Shah or a Democratic government in power Iran wants and has always wanted nukes.

If I were a.leader I would work towards disarmament of nuclear weapons. Verified and confirmed disarmament.
