Dont tell these dumb fucks that Memorial Day was originally started by Confederates after the War of Northern Aggression.
The Yankees seemed to like our holiday, made it their own, a year or two later, and moved the date to end of May because flowers in the North bloomed later than in the South. Thats why down here we still have Confederate Memorial Day, when it originally was, at the end of April.
