I feel sorry for Clippers Fans

After decades of mostly mediocrity, Steve Balmer buys the Team and they have again have some good season's then Balmer shoots the Team in the foot trying to get cute with the payroll, they may be right back to years of being a weak team. Maybe, who knows Balmers rich so maybe he can buy his way out of this.

Yeah, the league brought the hammer down on top of the team after the Kawhi fiasco. It definitely set them back at least three seasons. Ballmer can only look in the mirror to see who is to blame.
