The U.S. is one of the only countries in the world where municipalities raise money primarily through bonds, and their differential treatment on the private market has quietly driven inequality across the nation. Saddled with higher interest rates on their bonds, people in poor cities and towns today pay

Do you believe in psychics?
Not psychics but some prophets yes. God has lent an enormous amount of power to prophets in the bible, but I believe that from time to time he chooses some of today's average people as well. Cayce's predictions are very compelling imo.

I don't know what I think of this kind of stuff. I'm not much of a believer.

Well, I know that God isn't down with psychics. No divination at all. Things like that can open you up to demons which is a very serious thing.

The things I was reading about him called him a psychic
Many people confuse the two. Cayce was known as the 'Sleeping Prophet'. Psychics often have stuff like tarot cards to use or whatever. Prophets get their abilities and messages from God Himself. No tarot cards or anything like that.

Well, I read a couple of articles on him. He's referred to as a pyschic in both. He even opened up a "medical" practice in Virginia Beach, VA.

Prophet's don't usually go into medical practice, Alti.

They do when they are able to diagnose sickness in the body without spending one day in medical school. He was once given the title of Psychic Diagnostician for having the ability to do that but his prophecy came from God.

I'd rather post one link about him than a million to show so here:

He worked with actual doctors to do what he did. They were believers.

I don't know what he was. But he didn't do his "healing" alone.

Of course he didn't do it alone. God told him all of that in his sleep.

Actually, he wasn't asleep from what I've read...he was in "trances"

See, the reason I'm skeptical is that it's not that hard to look at written human history and predict calamities...man made or natural catastrophes from nature.

I have only found references to 9,000 people he's cured, but not one case study. I would be interested in reading one.

But to each his own. Anything is possible.

I don't believe in psychics per se, but I believe there's a lot going on in a spiritual realm that most do not understand and a few plug into here and there. I have had a couple of very interesting, shocking dreams about dead people. They weren't even people I knew, they were relatives of friends of mine and the dreams were entirely random, but very informative.

Just checked it out. You're correct about the trance thing. :ThumbsUp1:
